Ken Asel
Chairman
Ken Asel is
the Rector at Saint John's Episcopal Church. He
recently moved to Jackson with his wife, Janice Morrison Asel.
Before moving to Jackson he served as Rector in a number of
parishes, mostly in the southern United States. He has also started a number
of initiatives aimed at reaching the Latino community.

Estela Torres
Vice-Chair
Estela is a paralegal at Hawks & Associates, LC. She
moved to Jackson Hole in 1981 and immediately missed the
Mexican culture that was so prevalent in her native Chicago
area town. She now feels that void has been filled as
Jackson now has a large Hispanic population. Estela
currently serves on the START Board of Directors where she
offers the Latino perspective. She is in her second term as
a board member of the Latino Resource Center and thoroughly
enjoys serving the Latino community and Teton County in
these positions. |

Ana Gomez
Chapman
Treasurer
Ana Gomez Chapman is the Director of
Institutional Sales for Amba Research USA, an investment
research outsourcing firm with operations in the US, UK,
Singapore, India, Sri Lanka and Costa Rica. Ana has 11 years
of financial services experience including management,
equities research, merchandising, institutional sales and
investment banking. Prior to Amba, Ana was a Vice President
in equities management at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she
worked in New York and Singapore since 1996 in various roles
including assistant chief of staff for the global equities
division, head of the international equities merchandising
effort, head of Latin American shares sales in the US, and
associate in the Non-Japan Asia investment research strategy
team. Ana started her Wall Street career as an investment
banking analyst at Smith Barney in New York in 1993. Ana has
a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell
University and an MBA in Finance and International Business
from Columbia Graduate School of Business. She lives
in Jackson Hole since 2004 with husband, Tom, and children,
Audrey and Max.

Peggy Parker
Secretary
Latino Resource Center Board Secretary, Peggy Parker, is a
recent retiree as the Chief of Police of the Jackson Police
Department. Peggy completed 25 years of service with the
Police Department and, prior to becoming Chief of Police, she
worked as a patrol officer, investigator and investigations
supervisor. Peggy was the first female police chief in
Wyoming. She was honored as Wyoming Peace Officer of the
Year in 1993. Peggy worked as a patrol officer and
detective in Utah for five years prior to coming to Jackson
in 1980. As an active community volunteer, she has served on numerous non-profit boards
including the Community Safety Network (then known as the
Teton County Task Force on Domestic Violence and Sexual
Assault). She was a member of the first Teton County Drug
Court Team and continues her association with that
organization. Peggy is currently President of the Community
Resource Center Board and serves as Secretary of the Latino
Resource Center Board.
Peggy holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration
from the University of Wyoming. She enjoys retirement and
keeps busy with golf, fly fishing, hiking, kayaking, skiing,
photography, writing and non-profit board activities.

Florence
Lemle
Florence
is the Chief
Executive Officer of a private real estate company in New
York which primarily owns and operates commercial
properties. Florence is also a licensed real estate broker
in Wyoming, Idaho and New York. She is Responsible Broker at
Snow King Realty, and Vice-President of Snow King Resort
Management, LLC. She has also worked in banking and foreign
exchange trading. Florence has lived in
Jackson since 1991. She presently lives with her partner,
Ron Saypol, at Spring Creek Ranch, where she serves as chair
of the Architectural Committee for the Spring Creek
Homeowners Association. Florence attended
Columbia University where she received BA and MBA degrees.

Kip
Macmillan
Kip MacMillan came to Jackson in 1990 from the Chicago
area where he had recently retired from a 27 year career in
law enforcement. After retiring in 1988 he worked in
international fund raising for the Rotary Foundation of
Rotary International supervising the PolioPlus campaign. He
has chaired the Browse and Buy board, served as president of
the Rotary Club of Jackson Hole, served 7 terms as president
of Teton Youth and Family Services. He has also served two
3 year terms on the Vestry of St. John’s church and chaired
the search committee that found the present rector. Kip
works as the Risk Manager of Snow King Resort. He and his
wife Lin spend a month in Maztlan where they greatly enjoy
the warm sun, sand and people of Mexico.

Ann Willot
Ann graduated
from University of California with a Degree in Urban
Planning. She has been working in the education field
taking on various roles including acting as Humble Independent School District Board president in 1996 and 2003. She has played an
active role in the Humble community participating in a
number of committees. Ann was the founder of CARE rally
(against drugs) and the Executive Director of the Humble Independent School District
Education Foundation. Ann married John Willott in 1969 and
they have two children Michael and Sara.

Ruth Harrington
A
native of upstate New York, Ruth has enjoyed the community
of Jackson since March 2001. She has degrees from Haverford
College and MIT, and has worked in city planning and
community development in both the private and public
sectors. Ruth is currently a project administrator with Shaw
Construction. She lives in Hoback Junction with her husband,
Tim Bradley, and their two dogs, Josie and Coona. Ruth is
active in the community, volunteering with the Teton County
Library in addition to her work on the Latino Resource
Center Board, although her favorite pastime is socializing
with an Ethnic Cooking Club. Fluent in Dutch, Ruth is an
accomplished traveler, most recently touring Costa Rica.

Jim Gersack
Joined First Interstate Wealth Management in March 2006.
Originally from Livingston, Montana, his professional career
began in 1997 with Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. in San
Francisco. In 2000 he moved to Banc of America Securities
as head of Business Development for an internal hedge fund
and later became Senior Vice President of the bank’s Wealth
Management Group for the Idaho market. Jim earned his
bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics from Montana State
University in 1997.

Debra Sprague
Debra Sprague is the
Executive Director at eh Jackson Hole Community Counseling
Center. Debra moved to Teton County in November of
2002 from Nebraska where she had been serving as Executive
Director of Lincoln Council on Alcoholism and Drugs, Inc.
Debra has held positions as a Director, Program Coordinator,
Therapist and Small Business owner. She also serves on
the Board of the Community Resource Center and was appointed
to serve on the Governor’s Advisory Board for the
Child/Family Initiative. Debra's husband, Kirk
Sprague, is the owner of CK Mechanical in Jackson. |
